At Berube Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in Ottawa with quality roof repair and roof replacement services.

Instead, our focus is on giving our in-house team the necessary training & oversight to ensure that each roofing job is performed to a consistently high standard of quality.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU HIRE US FOR OTTAWA ROOF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

The contact form provides us your name, address, phone number and e-mail. In most cases we are able to generate an estimate via satellite imaging. Once the estimate is prepared, we will contact you to set up an appointment at the project location for the following reasons:

  1. Introduce ourselves and explain the quote in detail
  2. Have a detailed look and understanding of your roofing project as satellite imaging does not always give the full extent
  3. Present samples or brochures and further explain the materials used as well as the warranty
  4. Answer any questions you may have

Once you have narrowed the colour selection down to 2 to 4 options, we will provide you with full shingle samples.  It is easier to choose from a full shingle versus a pamphlet or image online.  When you are ready to proceed with the roofing project, we book a tentative date which is usually approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of signing the contract.  As soon as a firm date has been determined, we will be in contact with you to confirm the date works with your schedule.

Our team then completes the roofing job on the agreed date as per the contract.  Once the job is finished and we have your complete satisfaction, we collect payment and provide the warranty certificate.
